How is this different from Angi or HomeAdvisor?

Those platforms sell the same homeowner to several contractors at once, then leave you to win by calling first and often by underbidding. We do the opposite. Every lead belongs to one contractor, so you are never racing up to 8 other companies for the same job.

What does "exclusive" actually mean?

One homeowner, one contractor. Within your niche the lead is never resold, rerouted, or shared with anyone else, and that is permanent rather than a countdown. If we later run a second, unrelated niche, that homeowner could be offered to a contractor in that different niche 90 days after your delivery, never in yours. HVAC is the only niche we operate today. See the full rules in our Contractor Agreement.

Are the leads TCPA-compliant?

Yes. Every homeowner verifies their phone by one-time passcode, and each lead carries a TrustedForm TCPA certificate that we retain for five years at our cost. You remain responsible for your own compliance once you make contact.

When does my first lead arrive?

As soon as a verified homeowner submits in your area. Most contractors in active areas see their first lead within a week.

What if a lead turns out to be unusable?

Flag it within 48 hours, whether it is a dead number, the wrong area, or a fraudulent submission. When we approve a report, what that lead cost you goes back onto your balance, to the same place it came from. A lead does not count as unusable just because the homeowner did not pick up the first time.

Can I pause or cancel my spot?

Yes. Pause anytime and keep your spot in the area. Credit you have already bought is non-refundable, but it never expires, so an unspent balance is still there whenever you come back. See our Refund & Lead Return Policy.

Is there a subscription or retainer?

No. There is no subscription and no monthly retainer. A package adds a fixed amount of credit to your account, and each lead we deliver is deducted from it at your area price. Work at your own pace and add credits when you are ready. Your balance never expires.
